It has been speculated that WWE personnel are currently worried about the health of WWE Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar after he didn’t appear on Raw this past Monday Night, according to reports.
The Monday Night Raw show after a pay-per-view is supposed to be a wrestling night in which WWE acknowledges what happened the night before and revels again in their popularity.
Night of Champions was a decent effort by the WWE and its creative team. As pay-per-view’s go, it was rather successful after many underwhelming efforts from the wrestling company this year.
But what may have been a successful night on Sunday at Night of Champions was followed by a confusing night on Raw. The reason for this was because of the bizarre absence of WWE World Heavyweight Champion. But it is understood it wasn’t the decision of WWE to not include their champion after he regained the title following his match against John Cena at Night of Champions.
There have been several reports this week that state that WWE are worried about Brock Lesnar’s heart health, with his alleged health issues preventing him from turning up on WWE’s flagship programme. Not even his advocate Paul Heyman showed up on Raw this week, leading to WWE fans and even the Washington Post to speculating what has happened to the beast of a wrestler.
“The no-show, combined with the the lack of any real promotions of Lesnar, stirred up rumors galore, as it’s basically unprecedented for the biggest title per-view. So, what’s the deal?” The Post reported.
So what was the reason for Lesnar’s absence? Well, it seems that WhatCulture have it all figured out.
“The current WWE Champion started his match against John Cena with a completely normal look. However, after just a couple of minutes, Lesnar was already sweating profusely and had turned both red and purple in his face,” the website explained.
“Fans have noted that in addition to turning red and intensely sweating, Brock also appeared to be struggling for breath. Yes, he’s a big guy, but he shouldn’t be reacting like this. It’s a worrying indicator of health problems such as blood pressure or risk of heart attack.”
We have to add that this is all speculation at the moment, but it is hard to ignore the fact that something seems to be going on with Brock Lesnar that WWE doesn’t want us to know.
