You've probably all seen the vine going around the world of social media by now: Manchester United's executive vice chairman Ed Woodward appeared to suggest that one of the club's stars was a 'F****** waste of money’ in the Red Devils' 2-2 draw with West Brom at the Hawthorns.

Woodward, unknowingly, was caught on camera as he let his foul-mouth get the better of him in another average performance from the Red Devils.

Spending 

Woodward, of course, was the man who gave the club the license to splash out as much as £150 million on new talent in the last transfer window after a disastrous season under David Moyes. 

However, the executive vice chairman hasn't seen a great deal of improvement at the club, with the Red Devils already way off the pace in the race to land the Premier League title.

 

In fact, United are currently sitting in sixth place in the table, having secured just 12 points from their opening eight fixtures. So, then, which United star could Woodward have been talking about?
