Group A recap:
Atletico Madrid 5-0 Malmo
The Spanish giants have six points from three games after a comprehensive victory over the Swedish side, although all five goals came in the second period.
Koke opened the scoring and Mario Mandzukic doubled the lead, before Antoine Griezmann and Diego Godin made it four. Alessio Cerci put the gloss on in injury-time.
Olympiakos 1-0 Juventus
Greek giants Olympiakos caused a shock against Juventus, moving three points ahead of the Italians in a tight Group A.
Pateja Kasami, once of Fulham, scored the only goal of the game to join Atletico on six points.
Group B recap:
Liverpool 0-3 Real Madrid
A big night for Carlo Ancelotti's side, who move six points clear at the top of the table following a comprehensive victory at Anfield.
Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring, before Karim Benzema scored twice to end the game before the break.
Ludogorets 1-0 FC Basel
A cat among the pigeons in Group B, with Bulgarian minnows Ludogorets stunning FC Basel with a 90th minute winner.
Yordan Minev scored the winner, and they are now second in the table behind Madrid. Three teams are on six points.
Group C recap:
Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 Zenit
10-man Leverkusen held on to claim victory over Andre Villas-Boas' side, with Giulio Donati and Kyriakos Papadopolous the defensive goalscorers.
Victory moves the German side top of Group C, but Zenit are still in the mix on three points with the reverse fixture to come.
Monaco 0-0 Benfica
Group D recap:
Galatasaray 0-4 Borussia Dortmund
The Turkish nightmare continues, with Gala three goals down in the first half thanks to a Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang double and Marco Reus strike creating daylight.
Adrian Ramos put the icing on the cake, and the Bundesliga giants are clear with nine from nine in Group D.
Anderlecht 1-2 Arsenal
Arsene Wenger got a late birthday present to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat in Belgium, after Andy Najar headed the hosts in front.
Kieran Gibbs grabbed an 89th minute equaliser, before Lukas Podolski's late winner moved the Gunners into second.
