Chelsea defender Filipe Luis has hailed Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao ahead of this weekend's Premier League showdown, reports the Express.
The Colombian hit-man has made a steady start to his Old Trafford career, having only scored one goal so far for his new club, however Luis has warned his Chelsea teammates that the Red Devils ace is even better now than when he was at La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid.
When speaking to reporters, Luis said: “Falcao is a better striker now than he was at Atletico for sure. He was injured and changed clubs so he wants more. He is not resting right now. He is a tiger and wants to score more.
“I enjoyed playing alongside him at Atletico for a lot of games. I remember him in the Super Cup, he scored a hat-trick in about 30 minutes. But he did a lot of good performances in Atletico and had a lot of good seasons there.
“He is a brilliant striker. He fights for every ball and is probably the best in the world with his head. I know it’s going to be difficult, but not just against Falcao – United have a lot of good players."

Luis has, however, insisted that Chelsea will be prepared for the clash as the Blues go in search of extending their lead at the top of the Premier League table.
He continued by saying: “Will I give my team-mates any special advice on how to stop him? No. Our team is prepared for anything, not only Falcao. Manchester United have a lot of dangerous players. We have to be prepared.
“But Falcao is the kind of player that never wants to stop scoring, he has a lot of ambition to be the best striker. I think Manchester United have made a great acquisition and he is going to be an important player in England.”
Along with Falcao, United have an array of talent in their attacking department, with the likes of Robin van Persie, Angel di Maria and Co. starring at Old Trafford. Spanish ace Juan Mata will also be hoping produce a strong performance against his former club, whilst youngster Adnan Januzaj will be targeting a spot in the starting XI.
Chelsea, on the other hand, will be sweating over the fitness of star striker Diego Costa. The Spanish international is a huge doubt for the game, whilst it appears that Loic Remy will miss the fixture.
The Blues may well start with veteran Didier Drogba or versatile German ace Andre Schurrle in attack, as they look to trouble United's vulnerable back-four.
