Southampton manager Ronald Koeman is the mastermind behind the club's superb start to the new season.
Having arrived at St Mary's from Feyenoord in the summer, he's successfully steered Saints in the right direction following Mauricio Pochettino's resignation.
With plenty of transfer activity both in and out of the club, Koeman was handed the reins and his opening three months on the south coast has been better than anyone could have imagined when he was given the job.
With six wins from their opening nine Premier League games, Southampton are currently flying high in second place in the table, and showing no signs of slowing down with more winnable fixtures to come.
