Manchester United slumped to a third defeat of the season as they were edged by Manchester City in the derby this weekend, courtesy of a smart Sergio Aguero finish.

However, despite losing a fourth game on the spin against their city rivals on the spin, all is not doom and gloom over at Old Trafford.

Louis van Gaal's reign has produced plenty of positives so far and with heavy investment having been pumped into the club so far surely it's only a matter of time before things go right fort the Dutchman?

Whilst we're still in the here and now though we though we'd take a closer look at the Red Devils' most recent loss to their biggest enemy.
