Piers Morgan begged Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany to join Arsenal last night on Twitter.
The interaction between the pair started when City captain Kompany tweeted 'OMG Anderlecht' as the Belgian outfit secured a remarkable 3-3 draw at the Emirates after being 3-0 down with just 30 minutes remaining.
Despite Morgan's desperate attempt to lure Kompany to north London, even offering him £60 million and 2 Ferrari's to join the Emirates outfit, the City skipper rejected his advances, insisting he plays the game for glory.

It's not really surprising that one of Arsenal's most famous celebrity fans was begging Kompany to join his side after watching the Gunners surrender a three goal lead to Anderlecht last night.
The likes of Per Mertesacker and Calum Chambers looked way off the pace last night, as the Gunners struggled to deal with the Belgian champions. Arsenal, however, are still well placed to qualify from their Champions League group, but may have to settle for a runners-up spot once again, with German outfit Borussia Dortmund leading the way after four wins out of four.
Gunners fans will be hoping that their side bounce back against Welsh outfit Swansea City this weekend as they look to climb the Premier League table.
Manchester City problems
Manchester City, meanwhile, face a European dilemma themselves, with Manuel Pellegrini's side in desperate need of a result against CSKA Moscow tonight.
The Etihad outfit are in danger of missing out on qualification for the Round of 16 after only managing two points from their opening three fixtures in Group E. Pellegrini's side will be desperate to secure their first Champions League win of the season tonight, with Kompany set to star once again at the Etihad.
