A New York Jets fan has made a parody of the popular catcalling viral video and has now revealed that the city of New York doesn't actually like the Jets.
In the original video, a woman spends 10 hours walking the streets of New York and is cat called by many men as she goes.
She says nothing on her venture around NYC and doesn't respond to any of the remarks made towards her.
It has been seen as a statement towards the kind of treatment women have to live with on a daily basis.
Since it went viral and got over 35 million views on YouTube, there have been many different parodies of it made.
- New York Jets shock the Pittsburgh Steelers to snap losing streak
- Adrian Peterson set to make early NFL return
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie gets rollocking from Lovie Smith
Now, A New York Jets fan has taken the idea, donned a Jets shirt and hat and also taken to the streets to show the tough life of a Jets fan.
Whilst walking through the city, passer bys say things about the Jets to him including some very funny phrases.
"You miss Mark Sanchez huh?"
"You got issues son"
They're just some of the lines fed to the Jets fan in the video and there is also a good question raised over his 'controversial' t-shirt.
A real New York team?
Amidst the many different things used to taunt the brave Jets fan, one man leaning against a wall shouts:
"Root for a real New York team man"
We don't know what team the man is hinting at but it surely can't be an NFL team since both the Jets and the New York Jets play in the same stadium and out of the state of New York.
Neither team would really be out of place by calling themselves the New Jersey Jets/ Giants but if the man was referring to the Giants in his call, then it would fun to hear his explanation.
Not so low flying Jets
In the video, one New Yorker does remind the fan that the Jets have only won one game this season.
Since the video was made before Sunday the man is right but the Jets fans walking into work today weren't so down in the dumps.
Sunday they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers and snapped an eight game losing streak in a shocking upset.
It was a dominant 20-13 victory with 'backup' Quarterback Michael Vick pulling the strings after Geno Smith was finally demoted to the bench.
The Jets will now need all the momentum from Sunday's surprising victory when they come off their bye week to take on AFC East rival the Buffalo Bills.
