Team Authority falls apart and is built up again on RAW

Published 12 Comments

Tonight on RAW the Survivor Series main event began to take shape as both Team Authority and Team Cena confirmed more members.

As RAW went on, Rusev, Ryback and Mark Henry were confirmed as members of Team Authority to partner Seth Rollins and Kane.

Meanwhile John Cena confirmed that Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger were his allies ahead of Survivor Series.

Swagger was however taken out after a match with Rollins when he received multiple curb stomps.

Sheamus and Big Show would however eventually join with Team Cena before he took on Ryback in the main event.

Ahead of the match, tensions had been high between Ryback and the rest of Team Authority and it showed in his match with Cena.

Eventually Ryback turned on his Authority brethren and after Sheamus and Big Show had come to ring and a brawl ensued, Ryback took out everyone, the only man missing was Ziggler.

The Big Guy left with Cena looking confused, Ryback had clearly left the Authority but had he joined Cena?

Just when it looked like RAW would end with each team on four men, we saw Triple H and Stephanie receive a present.

The eyes revealed

The present to the Authority was a beaten and unconscious Dolph Ziggler - explaining why he didn't rush to Cena's aid.

Then standing over Ziggler was the man behind the mysterious videos that had played when Ziggler came to the ring on Smackdown on Friday and RAW tonight.

The man whose eyes had been on the screen, former member of the Wyatt Family Luke Harper.

Harper then looked at Triple H and Stephanie as RAW ended making it very likely that he will be in the main event at Survivor Series.

The teams

Ryback's future is up in the air and Team Cena only has officially confirmed four members but the teams have taken shape for the showdown in two weeks.

Team Authority certainly looks the stronger as they have Seth Rollins, Luke Harper, Kane, Rusev and Mark Henry.

Meanwhile Team Cena is guaranteed to have John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Big Show and Sheamus.

Ryback could still align with Team Cena but as RAW finished, he didn't really seem eager to partner with anyone.

No doubt the biggest inclusion in the match is Rusev who is still yet to be pinned or submit in the WWE.

Many have speculated the first time this will happen will be at WrestleMania XXXI but his inclusion in this match makes that very questionable.
