Roman Reigns is a WWE superstar that is expected to end up as a legend in the industry. Currently though Reigns is out of action due to a real injury sustained just before Night of Champions in September. Nonetheless, that hasn't stopped fans speculating as to when they could see the Superstar back in action.
It was announced on September 20 that Roman Reigns had to undergo emergency surgery due to an incarcerated hernia suffered the day prior to his match against fellow ex-Shield member Seth Rollins. It was a huge blow for the WWE and it's fans as Reigns was injecting such a rush of energy and power into the industry.
His popularity was growing in the wrestling world and the WWE universe is awaiting his epic return, but when exactly will that return be?
There are several upcoming events in which the powerhouse can make his comeback. Survivor Series is just around the corner and a place in John Cena's team is currently still up for grabs, a return at the main event would certainly send the fans wild.
However, a return as early as Survivor Series may well be a little unrealistic, nonetheless, the universe can still hope for an epic comeback at the next pay-per-view.

A return at next year's Royal Rumble is a much more realistic possibility for Reigns. There have been many dramatic comebacks at Royal Rumble events and if the former member of the Shield comes running down the ramp at the upcoming Rumble, it could well top all recent returns.
However, another fan favourite made a comeback at the previous Royal Rumble, Batista's entrance music blasted around the arena, but to the surprise of The Animal, so did a chorus of boos. Hopefully, that will not be the fate awaiting Roman Reigns if the WWE decide to bring him back at that stage.
Biggest stage of them all
Then of course, we come to the big one, the stage where the world gets to see the WWE's top entertainers at the top of their gam; WrestleMania.
WrestleMania 31 will take place at the end of March next year, and although this may seem quite a long time to wait for such a huge superstar to make his comeback it would make for one of the most epic WWE returns in recent history.
However, if he does make his return as late as this, he won't be in contention for any major titles, so an appearance earlier in the year wouldn't come as much of a surprise.
Surely, the WWE have to give their fans what they want and release Reigns back into the ring as soon as they can. It would certainly be best for business.
There is one thing for sure, when the powerhouse Roman Reigns does make his much-anticipated return, he will send shock-waves throughout the whole of the WWE universe, you can believe that.
