It's never nice watching the team you support suffer a defeat to a rival club, but one Arsenal fan stunned neighbours with his actions after the Gunners' 2-1 loss to Manchester United on home soil yesterday.

As reported by stadardmedia.co.ke, an Arsenal fan from Kisumu in Kenya bit off the ear of his Manchester United counterpart...

Shocking

It's been revealed that the Gooner didn't react too kindly to the jibes towards him after watching his beloved side suffer a third Premier League defeat of the season.

Unsurprisingly, the controversial incident caused outrage amongst his neighbours, with the same report revealing that the man had to be locked away as furious residents attempted to get to him.

He may well be in serious trouble and it's likely that he will struggle to defend his actions. Arsenal's defence, meanwhile, could also do with some improvement after conceding their seventh goal in their last three fixtures.

Next challenge

Arsenal fans will certainly be hoping for an improvement in the club's next fixture, as the Gunners play host to German outfit Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The residents of Railways Estate in Kisumu will no doubt be hoping that Arsenal secure a positive result.
