CM Punk has today shown just how much of an impact he still has on the WWE Universe.
His notable two-hour interview on Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast has sparked many different stories with several controversies thrown in.
Punk has discussed issues such as Mr McMahon, other wrestlers and the fact that he seriously risked his health during his WWE career.
One such superstar he took a shot at was the 'Big Guy' - Ryback who has only recently made his return from injury himself.
Punk has revealed how he was injured after a botched table stunt with Ryback and described a very awkward encounter between the two of them.
- How WWE ruined CM Punk's wedding day
- WWE must change these things to improve
- Who should WWE force Rusev to defend his US title against?
After claiming that Ryback is dumb, the Big Guy has taken to his Twitter account to send a message back to the self-proclaimed best in the world.
Of course Ryback hasn't sent the tweet directly to the former WWE star, but its message is not very subtle.
Ryback tweeted a picture of WWE action figures, with eight Ryback figures surrounding a broken CM Punk figure lying on a table.
Subtlety may not be the Big Guy's most valuable asset as is demonstrated here but with two very outspoken characters, this war of words could be set to explode.
More than figures
Despite Ryback's first tweet showing the very interesting picture, the Big Guy clearly wasn't done there.
"For the record if I quit for being fragile and insecure I would make up excuses too. Things didn't go my way for a long time and I kept going day in and out" Just one of the follow up tweets sent by Ryback
Ryback wasn't finished there though as his rant continued:
"Slander is a powerful thing and to state complete made up nonsense for no reason shows his insecurities"
Clearly losing his sense of hidden victims as his rant went on, Ryback could possibly be set for one final showdown with CM Punk.
