There's no doubt about it, CM Punk's stunning revelations this past week left the WWE Universe in shock. In fact, as reported by wrestlinginc.com, employees of the organization are seemingly furious with the hierarchy after the release of the podcast.
It has been suggested that, as Tulsa hosted Raw last night, there was a shocking atmosphere backstage as superstars attempted to avoid the duo of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
Punk speaks out
It appears, then, that Punk's podcast has caused outrage between members of the WWE roster.
For those of you that don't know, Punk finally revealed all last week in an in-depth interview with Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast. The former World Heavyweight champion suggested that he wrestled with bad knees, broken ribs and a concussion, and revealed that he was officially sacked by the company on the day of his wedding.
Punk may not have been seen in the ring since this year's Royal Rumble event, but he's certainly left his mark on the company as it looks to move on away from the self proclaimed 'Best in the World'.

In fact, the same report has even suggested that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, along with the main man himself Vince McMahon, had a closed door meeting regarding the issues post Punk's interview.
With Punk's name still being chanted at near enough every single WWE event, the former superstar certainly won't be forgotten anytime soon by fans around the world.
McMahon and Co., then, have their work cut out as they attempt to put the ghost of Punk to bed, but it now appears that they may well have to motivate their own roster first.
WWE will now be hoping that the likes of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Co. take the industry by storm in 2015. Punk, who?!
