There's something about Dez Bryant that is just so interesting to us.
Straight off the bat you've got the fact that he is a Top 5 receiver in the NFL, up there with the like of Calvin Johnson and AJ Green. Then you have his devil-may-care attitude that just saw him piss off Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones right before new contract negotiations by hiring Jay-Z's Roc Nation as his reps.
Which brings us to now, well technically last night, when Bryant was, as is so often the case, screaming at teammates and coaches on the sideline during Thursday night’s win at Chicago.
No F's Given
Bryant knows that some people interpret his sideline antics as a sign that he’s a bad teammate. But Bryant made it very clear that doesn’t give a single freaking care what those people think of him.
“F**k no, I do not care,” Bryant said, according to the Dallas Morning News. “Because I know I’m not doing anything wrong."
"They don’t know what’s going on. I can’t care less. They ain’t on no sidelines. Nobody’s on the sidelines with us."
"The only thing they’re waiting for us to do is take an L so they can talk a bunch of S**t about us. ‘Oh, the same old Cowboys in December.’ C’mon, man. Ain’t none of that. We’re going to take advantage of what we need to take advantage of," Bryant added.
"I don’t give a F**k who films it. That’s the truth. That’s the truth. That’s how I feel. As long as we get the W, that’s the only thing that matters. Put that S**t down.”
Bryant swore for extra added emphasis and actually asked that his swearing be copied into articles written, but i don't fancy getting fired so you're going to have to make do with the stars.
“Put my whole cuss words in there. I meant that. We’re trying to do something big here. That’s the only thing that matters,” the ever well-mannered Bryant said.
Bryant is certainly enigmatic, energetic, and just fun to have around in a league that has become incredibly PR and business oriented in recent times. But Dez probably doesn't give a f**k what i think.
