Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is ready to axe as many as three of his players in the upcoming January transfer window, according to the Daily Star.
It appears that, as the Dutch boss plans to splash the cash once again at Old Trafford, he will offload some of his squad players in the winter market.
The report has suggested that goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard is facing the exit, with ex-Barcelona man Victor Valdes set to sign a deal with the club when he proves his fitness.
With David de Gea in fine form this campaign, it's unsurprising that the Red Devils are ready to let the Danidh shot-stopper depart the club.
Anderson, meanwhile, who has also failed to prove himself under the Van Gaal regime, finally looks set to be offloaded. The midfielder, who currently earns £60,000-a-week at the club, has struggled at Old Trafford for some time now, so it only appears to be a matter of time until he exits.
It appears that winger Nani, who is currently out on loan at Sporting, has no Old Trafford future, so he could leave on a permanent basis in the near future.
There are certainly a number of players expected to arrive at the club, too, but it remains to be seen as to whether Van Gaal makes his move for his targets next month or waits until the summer transfer window.
