With less than a week until the Tables, Ladders, Chairs and Stairs Pay-Per-View on Sunday, the WWE this morning tweeted out some good news for the fans.
One of the most anticipated matches at the event is the Tables, Ladders and Chairs match between Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt.
The match has been preceded by a big clash between the two at Survivor Series and a series of attacks using all three of the weapons since.
The rivalry is a clear favourite with the fans and has elevated Wyatt back to where he was prior to a poorly received feud with Chris Jericho earlier this year.
Many expect this one to offer up one of the major talking points at TLC and S and all the fans are looking forward to seeing what the Lunatic Fringe and the Eater of Worlds can do in such a unique match type.
- WWE make a huge change ahead of TLC
- A few contenders to pick up a Slammy Award on Monday's RAW
- Superstar's reported new deal opens door for Royal Rumble shot
However the WWE Universe was worried following a brutal attack by Wyatt on Ambrose on Smackdown this past Friday night which left Ambrose having to leave the arena on a stretcher.
Several times in recent months Ambrose has refused medical help and even rolled off of a stretcher at the Hell in a Cell PPV.
So the sight of Ambrose being wheeled out had fans questioning if the former Shield member would make it to TLC and S.
However, the WWE have today tweeted a message regarding the Lunatic Fringe that will make fans happy.
"INJURY UPDATE: @TheDeanAmbrose cleared for active competition on @WWE #RAW." - Tweet from WWE
So very good news to hear that Ambrose will not only be able to appear on RAW tonight, but also be able to compete in his match in Cleveland on Sunday.
A night of mayhem
The event in Cleveland on Sunday is already set to be one of the biggest so far this year and coming off the back of an event with wrestling legend Sting shaping the landscape of WWE, they have a high standard to live up to.
There is already five matches set for the event with a special stipulation including the TLC match and every variation of it along with the first ever stairs match.
Alongside a match for the Tag Team championships, we are expecting to see more matches named on the final RAW before the show on Sunday tonight.
It is likely we could see the United States Champion Rusev confirmed for a match tonight after his altercation with Jack Swagger last week.
The final RAW before TLC and S is set to be explosive as we could also be preparing for WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar's first appearance since defeating John Cena at Night of Champions.
