Premier League giants Chelsea, are ready to offer Serie A champions Juventus a sensational swap deal involving Ramires and Paul Pogba.
That is according to The Express, who believe Chelsea are desperate to sign the Frenchman in the summer, and will offer Ramires plus cash as part of the deal.
Jose Mourinho believes offering a player in return will boost Chelsea's chances of beating stiff competition to sign the powerhouse midfielder, and will put them in pole position to land one of the most-wanted talents in Europe as a result.
Pogba a man in high-demand
Pogba, who left Manchester United in 2012 on a free transfer, has been strongly linked with a move back to England, with Arsenal, United and City all interested, as well as Chelsea.
As well as the Premier League sides, Pogba has attracted interest from Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, but with these reports emerging this morning, it's clear that Chelsea are favourites to sign the 21-year-old.

Juve want Ramires
It's reported that Juve are seriously interested in signing Ramires, and could be swayed to selling Pogba if the Blues are willing to include the Brazilian in the deal.
Despite being a fan favourite around Stamford Bridge, Ramires has dropped to the bench in Mourinho's new-look Chelsea side. That is due to the presence of Nemanja Matic and new signing Cesc Fabregas, taking the central roles in the heart of the Blues' midfield.
Due to the lack of game-time, Ramires may been keen to leave West London, and a move to Juventus could interest him due to their dominance in Italy.
The Serie A giants have been preparing for the day Pogba leaves the club, and have already started the search for a replacement, with PSG's, Marco Verratti, top of the list, but with Chelsea ready to offer Ramires in a swap, they may agree to sell sooner than expected.
It's not stated how much Chelsea will offer as a cash sum, but Juve value Pogba at around £40million, so the inclusion of Ramires in the deal, may take that sum down to around £20m, depending on how much Chelsea value the midfielder.
