Part-time wrestling star Kevin Nash has had his 'legends' contract suspended following a domestic disturbance on Christmas Eve.
Nash and his teenage son were arrested on Christmas Eve after a disturbing fight broke out between the pair.
The 55-year-old wrestling star, who only makes brief and competitive appearances these days, is alleged to have pinned his son down following an argument over how much his 18-year-old son had drunk on Christmas Eve.
Out of control son
Only the elder Nash was initially arrested, before police came and his arrested his son later that day.
The wrestling star accused his son of starting the fight, with his wife and lawyer supporting those claims.

"The kid was out of control, and the father was defending his wife. I'm pretty confident we will have a resolution in the next couple of months," said family lawyer Michael J. Politis.
WWE make swift decision
In a statement on Christmas Day, WWE announced their decision to suspend Nash's WWE 'legends' contract until the legal proceedings have been concluded.
"Kevin Nash has not regularly performed for WWE since January 2004. He is currently under a non-wrestling 'legends' contract, which has been immediately suspended until this domestic dispute is resolved," WWE said in a statement.
WWE have made a sensible decision to suspend Nash's contract. The star signed a five-year-deal with the wrestling giant back in 2011, but the terms of his 'legends' contract mean he only makes appearances for the WWE for promotional purposes.
But any bad publicity is not good for the company, and it was important they reacted in the right manner, with Nash revealing his sorrow on Christmas Day.
