Croatian club HNK Rijeka have confirmed Premier League leaders Chelsea are interested in their red-hot striker Andrej Kramaric, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The Croatian striker has drawn attention from Juventus, Leicester City and Inter Milan but it seems he is set for a move to Stamford Bridge.
There has been much speculation over the future of the Croatian star, with many believing he would make a move to Italy.
There are also sources claiming that Leicester had made a bid for the 23-year-old, but it seems like the 5ft 11in striker favours a move to London with Jose Mourinho's men.
Indeed, Rijeka's sporting director Ivan Mance confirmed that Chelsea has made an offer for their prized asset.
He said: "I can confirm that our office received a formal offer by London's Chelsea."

The bid is reported to be in the region of €10 million and the striker is expected to sign a four and a half year deal. Kramaric has scored 28 goals in all competitions so far this season for Rijeka and will have to fight off competition from Loic Remy, Didier Drogba and Diego Costa if he is to feature in Mourinho's first XI this campaign.
