2014 has been quite a year for Arsenal.

There was the ecstasy of the FA Cup triumph back in May, overturning a two-goal deficit to beat Steve Bruce's Hull City at Wembley, but defeats against the big boys have continued to stunt their progress in the Premier League.

They entered into the New Year in fifth place, a far cry from this stage last season where they topped the table. But, with recent victories over Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United, they have renewed hope of qualifying for next season's Champions League.
