This week on Monday Night Raw, Triple H made a huge announcement regarding the main event of the Royal Rumble, which saw Seth Rollins inserted into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship main event alongside Brock Lesnar and John Cena.
The return of The Authority spelt trouble for a number of WWE superstars, where Dolph Ziggler lost his Intercontinental Championship to Bad News Barrett, whilst Kane and Erick Rowan also suffered – all three superstars losing their jobs on the John Cena appreciation night.
But the big talking point heading into the Royal Rumble is that ‘The Final Chapter’ between Brock Lesnar and John Cena will feature Mr. Money in the Bank; Seth Rollins who is set for a big 2015 and maybe his huge year could start at the Royal Rumble.
A NEW CHAMPION?
There has been talk amongst WWE fans that the recent ‘agreement’ between Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman could result in the two working together in the near future and the fact that Rollins has now been placed into the main event picture, that scenario now looks a lot more likely to happen.
It’s no secret that Brock Lesnar could be on his way out of the WWE and make a return to Mixed Martial Arts with Bellator and the UFC both interested – so it’ll be interesting to see whether The Beast Incarnate actually walks in to WrestleMania XXXI with his WWE World Heavyweight Championship where he is expected to take on and drop the gold to Roman Reigns, who is still on track to win the Royal Rumble.

It looks unlikely that Rollins will win this match clean, and the WWE is full of surprises so who knows; perhaps we will finally see Rollins cash-in the briefcase and completely change the plans for WrestleMania XXXI.
A NEW PAUL HEYMAN GUY?
There’s a chance that Paul Heyman could turn on Brock Lesnar to set up his exit and that could allow Seth Rollins to establish himself as the next and newest Paul Heyman guy.
Seth Rollins would almost be a guaranteed success as a Paul Heyman because unlike his previous clients in Cesaro, Curtis Axel and Cesaro; Seth Rollins can actually talk and draw heat upon himself and is already the biggest heel in the business and could be for years to come, stick Paul Heyman by his side and you’ll have two people you absolutely despise.
Some might suggest it’ll be impossible but everyone knows you cannot trust Paul Heyman, he’s turned on CM Punk before and has even turned on Brock Lesnar. Back at the 2002 Survivor Series pay-per-view Paul Heyman helped The Big Show defeat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship so you cannot rule that move out once again.
It could be a perfect set up too, if Brock Lesnar is to retain at the Rumble then Heyman helping Rollins cash-in would kick off 2015 in explosive fashion.
This will probably all depend on what the WrestleMania plans are, if Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are going to meet then I think Rollins will still have his briefcase and he won’t become a Paul Heyman guy just yet – but will be in the future as it would allow Heyman to remain on television once Brock Lesnar eventually departs.
Rumours of a Seth Rollins cash-in have been circulating for weeks, well before it was announced that Rollins will compete in the match itself and the likes of Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose – or even both – have been earmarked as potential opponents for Seth Rollins if he is to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
The preferred option for most Seth Rollins fans would be for him to cash-in at WrestleMania once Roman Reigns defeats Brock Lesnar, stealing the spotlight from his former Shield stable mate and creating history in the process, it’s a huge responsibility but as we see on a weekly basis Seth Rollins is one of the very few who can handle all of the pressure in the world, and being an eventual Paul Heyman guy would be very successful.
