It's the beginning of a new year in WWE and the first Raw of 2015 showed that this is about to be a year to remember, but who are the superstars that will be remembered in a years time?
I could pick every superstar in NXT to go on this list with the prospects down in the development territory, but some superstars lights have shone more than others and are only going to get brighter as the year goes on.
Kidd has been in Natalya's shadow for a while both on Total Divas and in WWE, mostly known as just Nattie's husband, but 2014 saw Tyson finally break the mould.
Being the final graduate of the famous Hart Dungeon meant that Tyson had a lot to live up to and after dazzling performances on NXT, Tyson has stepped up to the main roster where an inspired partnership with Cesaro could see the former Tag Team Champion back on the gold trail once more.
The duo dominated NXT for a year and even held the NXT Tag Team Championships longer than anyone else in NXT history.
They were called up to the main roster a few weeks ago and have already dominated every tag team put in front of them. Although the teams they have faced have only been jobbers, the duo have shown dominance throughout.
You have to think a run at the Tag Team Championships is on the horizon for the pair.
No one expected Luke Harper to be the break out superstar of The Wyatt Family, but that is exactly what the big guy managed.
Harper moves like a man half his size and uses his power to his advantage, his ladder match with Dolph Ziggler at TLC was one of the matches of the night and this was mostly because of Harper putting his body on the line at all costs.
Harper is yet to be put into a feud where he can shine as a singles competitor, but hopefully this will be done soon so he can start 2015 in the best possible way.
Bad News Barrett
The Preston born wrestler became a five time Intercontinental Champion Monday night on Raw and could be about to have a massive 2015.
Vince McMahon is a big fan of Barrett and his "bad news" gimmick, the only problem Barrett has is how injury prone he is when he is set for a push. Barrett was injured in the run up to Money in the Bank last year and never really lost his IC title, so it makes sense for him to come back and take the title.
Even though Barrett has a heel gimmick, he is still loved by the WWE Universe because he brings something different and in WWE, that is always a good thing.
The Slammy award winner for Stunt double of the year has captured the WWE Universe in a way that is almost indescribable. Mizdow began 2014 as a laughing stock as he was beaten down week after week for speaking out, until he was aligned with The Miz.
The former Tag Team Champions are set for an epic 2015 that should finally see Mizdow break off from The Miz and the two could have one of the rivalries of the year.
The signing of Kevin Steen was met with excitement and anticipation from the WWE Universe and the newly named Kevin Owens has lived up to his surrounding hype so far in his NXT career.
Making his début at NXT Takeover: REvolution and turning on his long time friend Sami Zayn showed the Universe what sort of a person Owens really is and catapulted him into the WWE spotlight. The feud he is currently in with Zayn is set to continue for the foreseeable future and should see both me come out satisfied, bigger and better and ready for a main roster call up.
Ziggler had a better 2014 than many superstars on the roster, after he was the sole survivor in one of the biggest Survivor Series matches in recent memory and then lifted the Intercontinental Championship for a fourth time at TLC.
Many had Dolph Ziggler down as their superstar of the year after he was finally given the push he deserved, but the first Raw of the year saw The Showoff robbed of his IC title and fired from the company. This will only serve to be motivation for Dolph and when he returns, he will return with a bang.
The superstar once known as Prince Devitt has lit up NXT since his arrival earlier in the year. His match against Hideo Itami at NXT Takeover REvolution saw exactly why WWE were attracted to the Irishman as he gave one of the performances of the night.
The painted up superstar has made a big impact in such a short amount of time in NXT and could be set for a run toward the NXT Championship or even a call up to the main roster in the not to distant future.
Ever since Seth Rollins turned on The Shield the night after Payback last year, Roman Reigns has been waiting in the wings to be taken into the spotlight.
The 2014 Slammy Award winning superstar of the year is set for a huge 2015, if reports are to be believed Roman could be set to lift the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 31 which would only serve to cap of a great couple of months for the Samoan.
With the family connections Reigns has, he was always going to make it big in the professional wrestling world, just how big remains to be seen.
The current NXT Womens Champion and the daughter of the 16 time World Champion Ric Flair, Charlotte was always going to be an impressive force within WWE, but no one expected her rise to be so fast.
After a fantastic match with Natalya at NXT Takeover (that many are calling the best womens match in history) Charlotte was also part of a match with Natalya on Raw towards the end of last year and even though it was in a losing effort, many thought Charlotte shone though out the match and it wont be long before she is called up to the main roster.
2015 has only just begun and the world of WWE is currently under construction with The Authority back in power and certain superstars on their way out. But these superstars are all potentially set to make it big this year, despite whoever is at the helm.
