Southampton visit Manchester United on Sunday in a third vs fourth match that could go a long way to establishing either side's position at the top end of the Premier League table.
It also sees the renewal of the Louis Van Gaal and Ronald Koeman battle which dominated the headlines when the sides met earlier this season.
Both have been on good runs since the Red Devils ran out 2-1 winners at St. Mary's and the Saints will be looking for revenge at the Theatre of Dreams this weekend.
Koeman confirmed that his squad had looked fresh this week following three days off after the 1-1 draw in the FA Cup against Ipswich Town last week.
His squad has been strengthened by the returns of Jack Cork and Nathaniel Clyne from injury and the registration of Eljero Elia being completed.

That leaves Jay Rodriguez as a long-term absentee, whilst Sadio Mane and Maya Yoshida are away on international duty.
Elia set for debut
Dutch winger Eljero Elia has completed the formalities of his deal which saw him join the Saints on loan from Werder Bremen.
Although not considered a star in the Bundesliga, Koeman has already seen enough to put Elia in contention to start against United as he looks to make a strong start to his Southampton career.
The 27-year-old is a tricky wide man/forward and is likely to adopt the same role as Mane, although it remains to be seen if that is wide or off of Graziano Pelle up front.
Difficult place to go
Whatever side Koeman puts out will face a confident Manchester United side who are always a difficult proposition on home turf.
The Saints nicked a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford last season thanks to Dejan Lovren's late equaliser, but they are a different side under Louis Van Gaal's management.
Although they still look shaky at the back, going forward they are as good as anyone with Wayne Rooney feeding Radamel Falcao and Robin Van Persie.
Aiming for a point
Ronald Koeman's side should be aiming for at least a point if they are to push for a top four place this season, especially with United's vulnerability at the back.
At the other end, Toby Alderweireld should return to partner Jose Fonte as they look to keep Robin Van Persie off of a score sheet he has been on seven times in seven appearances in this fixture previously.
If the Saints can use Graziano Pelle's power to their advantage and get Shane Long and Eljero Elia in behind they can definitely pull of a surprise on Super Sunday.
