Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has hinted that he would be willing to complete a move to Arsenal, reports Goal.com.
The French international has been linked with a move to the north London outfit of late, and it now appears that he would consider joining the Gunners in the near future.
In fact, Sissoko, who has proved to be one of the standout players at St James' Park this term, has insisted that Arsenal have always been the club of his heart.
Speaking to Telefoot, the midfield ace said: "The transfer market is open, so things can happen any day, but I am focused on Newcastle. If anything should happen, it will. I hope I'll leave for a bigger club one day, but I don’t know when.
"England is my priority. If Wenger calls, I'll have a man-to-man discussion with him and then we'll see. Arsenal has always been the club of my heart.

"I hope I'll improve to win the Champions League one day. I don’t want to set limits to myself. I want to go higher. That's my goal."
It now remains to be seen as to whether the Gunners will press ahead with a move for the Newcastle man before the close of this transfer window.
There's no doubt about it, the Gunners are in need of improvement in the middle of the park, with a number of their stars failing to hit top form.
Sissoko, then, would no doubt offer Wenger another option in the middle of the park as his power and presence would help the side take control of games.
