Manchester United have agreed to sign teenage striker Kayne Diedrick-Roberts, according to the Daily Mail.
It has been reported that Diedrick-Roberts, who is just 15-years-old, will join the United ranks after being released by Championship outfit Fulham.
In fact, it appears that the youngster will sign as a first year professional at Old Trafford in July as he looks to prove his credentials at the club.
Despite being released by Fulham, the same report has revealed that Manchester United staff have been heavily impressed with the versatile forward, who can also play as a No.10 and on the wing.
There's no doubt about it, Diedrick-Roberts will be desperate to take his opportunity at United, with a number of young players having already proved themselves under Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal throughout the course of the campaign.
The Dutchman has already handed the likes of Tyler Blackett, James Wilson, Paddy McNair and Tom Thorpe opportunities to impress in the first team this term, so a number of other United youngsters will no doubt be hoping to move up the pecking order at the club sooner rather than later.
Diedrick-Roberts, though, will certainly have to impress in order to be handed an opportunity at the Theatre of Dreams anytime soon.
At 15, he certainly has time on his side as he looks set to become a top star, with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Co. already plying their trade at Old Trafford.
The future of Colombian hit-man Radamel Falcao, however, appears to be in some doubt, with the player having struggled on English soil since moving to United on a temporary basis from Ligue 1 outfit Monaco.
There were certainly a number of questions raised after the striker was left out of the club's squad against Southampton yesterday, but it remains to be seen as to whether Van Gaal and Co. hand him a permanent deal with the club.
