Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is seemingly ready to sanction three deals in this January transfer window.
As reported by the Daily Star, it appears that the Blues boss is ready to sell the attacking duo of Mohamed Salah and Andre Schurrle, but swoop for Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.
It's certainly not surprising that the likes of Salah and Schurlle are heading for the Stamford Bridge exit doors, with numerous reports of late suggesting that Mourinho has become fed up with the pair for their lack a lack of contribution in the defensive areas of the pitch.
In fact, the duo were both left out of the Blues' last fixture as they beat Newcastle United by two goals to nil on home soil.
Now, then, with the January transfer window up and running, it appears that Mourinho is ready to get extremely busy, with the club now ready to listen to offers for some of their first team stars.

However, as well as looking to move players on before the close of the window, it appears that the Premier League leaders could yet improve their squad sooner rather than later, with Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane wanted at the Bridge.
It appears that, despite the likes of John Terry, Gary Cahill and Kurt Zouma currently plying their trade at the club, Mourinho is ready to bring the French international to English soil.
The Blues boss, of course, previously worked with the talented defender while he was in charge of the Spanish giants, but it remains to be seen as to whether he will get his man this month.
Manchester United battle
It certainly won't be easy for the Blues to land the Madrid star, however, with Chelsea's Premier League rivals Manchester United also seemingly interested in the player's signature.
There's no doubt about it, Louis van Gaal's side are in need of improvement in the defensive department, and Varane would prove quite the coup for the Red Devils. It could be quite the battle between Van Gaal and Mourinho for one of the world's leading young defenders.
