As a word of warning, never let Gerard Pique get one over on you. He's unlikely to let you forget it.

The defender certainly looked pleased with himself during a recent Barcelona training session anyway.

Warm up

As is now traditional for the Catalan club, they warmed up for the session by playing a game of 'Rondo' where two players try and get the ball back from a circle of team-mates who can only have one touch.

Pique was on the outside and Pedro was in the middle when the ball fell to the Barcelona defender. With a certain degree of fortune, Pique managed to put the ball through the winger's legs, and then set about celebrating as though he had won the World Cup. Again.

Barcelona fans will be glad to see their star players in high spirits with things not going too well off the pitch. There have been plenty of rumours about the future of Lionel Messi, who is being linked with a move to Chelsea.

Behind the scenes things aren't going greatly either, with the presidential elections moved forward after a period of growing unrest which has seen Andoni Zubizarreta sacked and legend Carles Puyol step down from his role behind the scenes.

There's been plenty of speculation about manager Luis Enrique as well as Pique himself, but the video at least shows that spirits within the camp haven't dropped yet.
