Lowry is third in the voting right now and he will no doubt be hoping that his celebrity fan can bring him in some more votes.
"Toronto has been killin it and @Klow7 deserves to be an nba all star. Make sure to vote for him. #WeTheNorth. Good luck buddy." - Justin Bieber's tweet to support Kyle Lowry
The starters in the annual all-star game are chosen by fan votes so a voting community of 60 million could see Lowry rise.
Lowry would deservedly be in the back-court of the Eastern conference team it will be interesting to see if Bieber can give him the votes he needs.
Raptors going well
The Raptors are in the midst of an impressive season having worked their way to a 26-14 record.
Toronto remain as the top team in the Atlantic division and the third seed in the East as their season continues to grow.
It could have been so much better for the Raptors however as despite their good record, they are currently on a two game losing streak and have only won twice in their last nine games.
They face a tough trip to the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night and they will be trying to stop the run that has seen them fall from the number one seed in the East.
