Manchester United want to sign three new players this summer after being announced as the world's second richest club, according to the Daily Mail.
The Red Devils, who are now only behind La Liga giants Real Madrid in the rich list, look set to splash the cash once again this year after adding a number of players to their ranks in 2014.

It has been suggested that the Old Trafford outfit will move for the trio of Kevin Strootman, Nathaniel Clyne and Mats Hummels as Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal looks to put together the ultimate side.
After a steady opening to his regime with the Premier League giants, it's certainly not surprising that Van Gaal's set to dip into the transfer market once again.
In truth, despite signing some of the world's best player this past summer, United still look unbalanced in some areas on the pitch, with the club's defence having come in for criticism throughout the course of the campaign.

It appears, then, that Manchester United could head to Southampton for the second consecutive summer as they look to land Clyne from Ronald Koeman's side.
As well as Clyne, United also appear to be in the market for Borussia Dortmund ace Mats Hummels, who has been rated at around the £30 million mark. There's no doubt about it, despite Dortmund's domestic troubles this term, Hummels would improve United's back-line as he would prove a major presence at the heart of the club's defence.
In midfield, meanwhile, Van Gaal is still seemingly intent on bringing Dutchman Kevin Strootman to England. The Roma man, much like Hummels, has been rated at £30m, but it remains to be seen as to whether the club can pull off the deal anytime soon.
For now, though, Van Gaal and Co. will turn their attentions to tomorrow night's FA Cup fourth-round clash as his side look to overcome League Two outfit Cambridge.
