The 2015 Royal Rumble has been marked by the return of a legend as the Rock came back to help Roman Reigns fight off the Authority.
The conclusion to the match was surprisingly met with a chorus of boos as Reigns eliminated the final man in the Bulgarian Brute Rusev.
The Authority came into the arena to show their displeasure following the result but Reigns and the Rock just stared them down knowing the victory had dealt them a big blow.
Reigns entered in at 19th in this year's match and was dominant as expected despite failing to match his record setting 12 eliminations from last year.
He now sets up a WrestleMania clash with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion whoever that may be come late March.

Reigns eliminated both Kane and the Big Show at once and was left with an absent Rusev who was lying next to the ring.
Announced as the winner without actually winning, Reigns was then ambushed by Kane and the Big Show which drew the Rock to the ring to fight off the Authority members.
Rock then threw Rusev back into the ring to be eliminated by the eventual winner and the man heading for WrestleMania.
A few big surprises
As always with the Royal Rumble there were a few shock entries including Diamond Dallas Page, Bubba Ray Dudley and even the Boogeyman.
Dudley entered at three whilst Boogeyman came in at number seven and had a showdown with Bray Wyatt as each man attempted to win the mental battle between the two.
Clash of the titans
Brock Lesnar retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a great triple threat match between himself, Seth Rollins and John Cena.
Lesnar spent a long time down injured after Seth Rollins drove him through the announcers table with the elbow drop off the top rope.
This left Cena and Rollins to battle it out with both men coming close to gaining the win and winning the title.
Lesnar came back into the ring however and despite a barrage of attacks, eventually defeated Rollins.
An unsettled universe.
The result of the Royal Rumble match left the fans very unhappy with a chorus of boos greeting the usually popular Reigns.
The presence of the Rock did little to stop the boos and the frustrations of the WWE Universe were as obvious as they were at the conclusion of last year's Royal Rumble when Batista emerged victorious.
The fans seemed agitated from the second Daniel Bryan was eliminated and it may have been due to fact that Reigns emerging victorious has been rumoured for several months now.
The lack of anything shocking in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match may have added to their frustrations.
The interesting angle in that match was Seth Rollins holding the Money in the Bank briefcase meaning there could have been a possible cash in if he lost.
Taking away that angle could have been the final nail in the coffin for the fans who seemed very unsatisfied towards the end of the night.
Last year they turned it around at WrestleMania and it will be interesting to see what they can do again this year.
