New England Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner has fired some shots at his former team-mates as the Patriots gear up for Super Bowl XLIX against the Seattle Seahawks.
The build up to Super Bowl XLIX has been somewhat subdued due to the emergence of the deflate-gate controversy.
The Patriots these days are spending less time answering questions about the Super Bowl and more time speaking about footballs.
With less than a week till the big game, the first big Patriots shot has been fired at the Seahawks.
There have already been a few verbal shots fired between some of the two teams louder personalities, but Browner wants the shots to be less verbal.

By now everyone is used to players ahead of the Super Bowl firing shots by poking fun at previous meetings between the teams, this time, Browner has gone in a different direction.
"I'm going to tell my teammates, 'Go hit [Sherman's] elbow, go hit [Thomas'] shoulder. Try to break it if you can." - Brandon Browner's message to the Patriots offense.
Browner is of course speaking about his former Seattle team-mates in cornerback Richard Sherman and safety Earl Thomas.
Sherman and Thomas were both injured in the NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers and Browner is advising other players to exploit it.
It may seem a little harsh to speak about his former team-mates like that, but Browner has an answer for that too.
"You're going to be my best friend after the game, but at the end of the day, I know you want that Super Bowl just as bad as I do."
All healed up?
Sherman and Thomas are two key elements in the very imposing Seattle defense which kept the Denver Broncos to just eight points in last years Super Bowl.
Sherman suffered an injury to his elbow whilst Thomas left early with a separated shoulder but both players are set to start in Arizona.
Both have come out and claimed to be fully recovered but it will difficult to find anyone from the Patriots who believe them.
Thomas could very easily find himself up against the imposing figure of Patriots tight-end Rob Gronkowski in the game and if that happens, Seahawks fans will be hoping his shoulder really is healed.
