Published Add your comment

We start off in the NBA, where Kobe Bryant is set to undergo surgery. The Lakers star is set to be out for the rest of the season after tearing a rotator cuff in his shoulder against the Pelicans last week. To the NFL, where the DeflateGate saga has taken a new turn. The league is now investigating a Patriots employee after he was caught on video taking the game balls into a separate room. Staying with the Patriots, Jerry Rice has had his say. The legendary wide receiver has said an asterisk and disclaimer should be put against New England's name if they win on Sunday. And finally to soccer, where Scotland international Shaun Maloney has joined the Chicago Fire as a designated player. The winger has moved from Championship side Wigan Athletic.
