Marshawn Lynch response to media with 'I'm just here so I won't get fined'

Published Add your comment

We begin in the NFL and, ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl, Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch continues to divide opinion. His latest polarizing act came during yesterday’s Super Bowl media day. Notoriously media-shy, Lynch responded to every single question with one simple response: "I’m here so I won’t get fined." Elsewhere in the NFL the Indianapolis Colts are closing in on a deal for Wide Receiver Duron Carter, the son of Hall of Famer Cris Carter. Across to the NBA and Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt is championing LeBron James for MVP consideration. James’ return from injury this month has seen the Cavs win seven straight. And finally in boxing Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather met face to face at a Miami Heat game last night as negotiations for a May fight between the two continue.
