Manchester United flop Wilfried Zaha is set to speak with his representatives today as he decides his long-term future, according to the Mirror.
The winger, who signed for the Red Devils in January of 2013, returned to Crystal Palace on loan this past summer, and could now sign for the club on a permanent basis.
Old Trafford return?
However, the same report has suggested that Zaha could yet decide to return to the Theatre of Dreams at the end of this season and attempt to prove his credentials to United boss Louis van Gaal.
There's no doubt about it, things certainly haven't gone to plan for Zaha since becoming Sir Alex Ferguson's finals Manchester United signing. Under David Moyes last term, the England international failed to make any kind of impact, so was ultimately sent out on loan to strugglers Cardiff City.
And this term, back at Palace, Zaha has failed to prove his worth on a consistent basis, but has started to find some form under new boss Alan Pardew.
Pardew, then, clearly sees potential in the winger, with the Mirror's report revealing that Palace are currently in discussions with the Red Devils over a possible £6 million deal.
Zaha will no doubt be hoping to get his career back on track sooner rather than later, but it remains to be seen as to whether he still feels he has any kind of future at Old Trafford.
United, of course, already have an array of attacking talent in the forward department, with the likes of Juan Mata, Adnan Januzaj, Angel di Maria and Co. all plying their trade at the club.
However, United have lacked width at times throughout the Van Gaal regime, so Zaha may well feel he can break into the side next season. Today's talks, then, appear to be crucial in the
