WrestleMania XXXI takes place next month and the WWE haven’t provided the fans with any hints regarding who Dean Ambrose could face off against at Levi’s Stadium.
The Lunatic Fringe enjoyed a mixed 2014, he started off strong with The Shield earlier in the year, picking up back to back victories over Evolution at Extreme Rules and Payback.
He then engaged in a brilliant feud with his former Shield stable mate, Seth Rollins which concluded at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view before an underwhelming feud with Bray Wyatt saw out the year – the feud didn’t reach the potential it had once it was announced that Wyatt and Ambrose would collide.
The WWE haven’t indicated who Ambrose could go up against, they’re already teasing an eventual clash between Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler but Dean Ambrose is also one of the superstars who is over with the WWE Universe.
Dean Ambrose needs to have a big match at WrestleMania XXXI if he is to have a successful 2015 – he needs to be kept away from the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and be given something that could potentially steal the show.

BAD NEWS BARRETT
I think a match between Dean Ambrose and Bad News Barrett would benefit both superstars, they can both work well in the ring, they both have strong personalities and charisma and I feel the two could have great chemistry.
They’re both great natural heels but in this feud it probably won’t even matter who is a heel because they both receive incredible reactions on a weekly basis. It probably isn’t the star name fans would hope as Ambrose will probably be looking to get into the championship picture this year, but the Intercontinental Championship could also be up for grabs and a win for Ambrose here would be a great start for him.
Daniel Bryan will always be a popular name that pops up if the question was asked, and a match between Ambrose and Bryan would be equally as good as a Ziggler and Bryan match, if not better as Dean Ambrose could finally turn heel, something the WWE are looking into.
Daniel Bryan is the biggest face, and Dean Ambrose is not far behind; if the WWE somehow decide against a Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan match at WrestleMania then turning Ambrose heel against an over Daniel Bryan would work perfectly. Dean Ambrose would make the promos brilliant, the fans would play a big part in ensuring Bryan remains a favourite in the match and the match itself would be fantastic.
Another chance for Dean Ambrose to turn heel and take on a returning Chris Jericho, should he choose to come back. Nobody would blame Chris Jericho for not wanting to return and try to put another superstar over. He’s probably still annoyed at his loss to Fandango at WrestleMania 29 and because his feud with Bray Wyatt didn’t exactly go to plan.
But I think a feud with Dean Ambrose could work. It could work if Ambrose remained a face where it could be similar to a Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan match but fans would probably prefer one of the two turning heel and we know just how good the two are as heels. They have the chemistry, they have immense microphone skills and ooze charisma, this should certainly be an option if Jericho wants to have another big WrestleMania match.
WrestleMania XXXI would be a fantastic and ideal stage to finally conclude the Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose properly. Their previous feud last year was brilliant in all aspects but the conclusion of the feud wasn’t one the fans welcomed, as Bray Wyatt cost Dean Ambrose the victory.
I believe the two are always destined to cross paths again, and the perfect place for them both do it again would be at WrestleMania if the WWE goes against a Randy Orton and Seth Rollins match. The fans were definitely into Rollins and Ambrose engaging in their first feud and it would be just as exciting if it is to happen again.
