PSG captain Thiago Silva proved that he is one of football's good guys on Sunday night.

Just before kick-off in the top of the table clash between Lyon and PSG, the Brazilian defender couldn't help but notice one of the young mascots shivering and looking painfully cold.

Silva reacted by quickly whipping of his own training jacket and wrapping it around the mascot.

It was a moment which will endear Silva to every football fan around the world.
