Kevin Love admits to being caught off guard by LeBron's tweet

The Cleveland Cavaliers are once again in the headlines for off the court matters after a controversial tweet by LeBron James was confirmed as being aimed at a certain Cavaliers player.

LeBron sent the ominous tweet over the weekend which called upon an unnamed Cavs stars to become a team player in Cleveland.

The tweet was met with a lot of fan and media interest as the word sensed more friction within the Cavaliers camp.

The Cavs have had their fair share of friction this season ever since bringing in several high name players in the off-season.

Cleveland have experienced losing streaks, winning streaks and major questions over their play-off credentials so far this season.

When LeBron sent out his tweet at the weekend, many were questioning who it was aimed it and the man himself revealed that it was a message to fellow Cavaliers off-season arrival, Kevin Love.

"Stop trying to find a way to FIT-OUT and just FIT-IN. Be apart of something special! Just my thoughts" - LeBron's ominous tweet

After finding out that he was LeBron's target, Love has responded by claiming to have been caught off-guard by the message from his team-mate.

"I truly feel if LeBron had a problem with me or needed to talk to me, for good or for worse, he would have come up and talked to me." - Kevin Love on LeBron's tweet

Love claiming to be surprised by LeBron's tweet and also promising that they don't have a problem is a big message to send and one that may confuse Cleveland fans.

Another lack of Love

This isn't the first time this season that Love has come under fire from his team-mates and few expect it to be his last.

As the team have improved their performances, so has he but many will remember just how Love was playing at the start of the season.

After being called upon to be more of a team player earlier in the season, Love's team work ability is once again being called into question.

Love and the Cavaliers have however turned their fortunes around several times this season after struggling to establish a winning record at the start.

They then embarked on a winning streak and were on the rise until LeBron got injured and was forced to sit out for two weeks.

The Cavaliers then suffered a horrendous losing streak after suffering the initial loss of their star player.

Now the Cavs are 32-21 and occupy the fifth seeded position in the Eastern conference.

If they can keep their stars fit and healthy then few would doubt their play-off charge, but if off the court matters continue, the questions will remain over the Cavaliers future.
