This week's episode of Smackdown showcased a lot of what we could possibly see at Fastlane.

There was a blockbuster main event that took up over half the show as Fastlane opponents Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns were forced to team up once again.

The show opened to Kane and the Big Show addressing several teams including the Usos, Miz and Mizdow and even the returning Slater Gator.

The Authority representatives revealed that the show would host a tag team turmoil match which was surely their plan to weaken Reigns and Bryan.

Seven teams would feature in total and very few would be able to guess where would end up when the match ended.

Tag team Turmoil:

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs Miz and Mizdow

First up for Bryan and Reigns was the A lister and his personal assistant as they knew that the team to suffer the pinfall would be out of the match.

For once the WWE Universe chanted that they wanted Mizdow and they actually got to see the now personal assistant in the ring.

It didn't last long though as the Miz demanded into the match and would eventually be pinned by Bryan as he stared at his partner.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs the Usos

The biggest test for the makeshift pairing came in the form of the WWE Tag team champions and Reigns' own cousins.

This was without doubt the long segment in the tag team turmoil match and the one that caused the most problems for Reigns and Bryan.

Bryan was losing his temper and was attacking the Usos outside the ring, forcing Reigns to actually come and stop him.

The two would argue many time throughout the match and when Bryan got the win in this segment with the Yes lock, Reigns argued that he kept it applied after his cousin had already tapped out.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs Los Matadores

Next up for the Fastlane opponents was the team with their own bull in Los Matadores who have faded into the background as of late.

Bryan and Reigns were arguing as they came to the ring and Bryan seemed determined not to tag in his partner.

He didn't need him in the end as he got them through another round after applying the Yes lock and getting his opponent to tap out.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs Slater Gator

The returning Heath Slater and his partner Titus O'Neil came to the ring as the fourth men in line for the match.

Before this one could really start, Reigns would tag himself in and showcase to Bryan exactly what he could do.

Reigns would take out Slater Gator single handedly and help his team continue to progress.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs The Ascension

The Ascension came to the ring for the next round with no clear intentions to compete in the match.

They took to their role of just attacking Reigns and Bryan and did so until the referee disqualified them from the match.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns vs Big Show and Kane

The final clash in the tag team turmoil match would see a very beaten down Reigns and Bryan take on the original opponents who set up the entire match.

Kane and Big Show would show up and attempt to pick up the pieces of the team, but they would suffer through problems of their own.

With the two constantly bickering, each would strive to get into the match until they would eventually be face to face.

Big Show would then nail Kane with the knock-out punch and receive a spear from Reigns following his latest character turn.

Bryan and Reigns would stand victorious with both looking at the WrestleMania sign and a possible look to their future.

Bray Wyatt vs R-Truth

Bray Wyatt's incredible win streak continued tonight as he took on R- Truth and would claim yet another win.

After hitting Sister Abigail, R-Truth had no chance to kick out and Wyatt continued to look very impressive.

Summer Rae vs Paige

Summer Rae returned to action against the number one contender for the Divas title in Paige.

Paige would get the win ahead of Fastlane in two weeks after getting Summer Rae to tap out to the PTO.

Adam Rose vs Fandango

One of the lowest ranked rivalries in the WWE right now saw Adam Rose take on Fandango once again.

Fandango would hi the leg drop off the top rope and get the win with Rose then storming out pushing the rosebuds as he left.
