WrestleMania remains the pinnacle of any WWE Superstar's career and each wrestler goes into any calender year hoping to be on the card come the April extravaganza.
Bad News Barrett is no different and, speaking this week while with the WWE in Abu Dhabi, the Superstar revealed who his dream match at WrestleMania would be.
Rather than long time WWE leader John Cena, rising star Roman Reigns, or one of the organization's contingent of wrestling legends, Barrett would prefer a battle between England and Ireland.
"I would love to have a match. I think my ideal WrestleMania match would be me against Sheamus in a retirement match," explained the British wrestler.
A retirement match would certainly be a dramatic affair - whether it took place at WrestleMania or not - and Barrett wasn't mincing his words when discussing his Irish counterpart.
"I would get him out of the WWE for good so we would never have to look at his stupid face again."
Bad News Barrett though knows though that getting any chance to shine at WrestleMania cannot be taken for granted:
"I am always down for being on WrestleMania. It is kind of a tough spot to get on to as we have a lot of legends that comeback for matches and it is sometimes very difficult to get on the card."
At present there is no clues as to which legends may be returning for WrestleMania XXXI this April.
All we know for now is that, as it stands before WWE Fastlane, Roman Reigns is set to take on Brock Lesnar in the main event after the former came out on top in the Royal Rumble.
