Inter Milan forward Mauro Icardi says he is honoured to be linked with a move to a host of top Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea.
Icardi has been in stunning for this season, scoring 13 Serie A goals in 19 appearances so far - and it's that form which has attracted the interest of numerous top clubs.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are all said to be in the race for the 21-year-old - and they may be boosted by the fact that he's keen on playing in the Champions League.
However, while Icardi wants to strut his stuff in Europe's top competition he insists he's happy to remain in Italy for now. "I'm not interested in rumours, what counts is winning with Inter," he said.
"But if the ones are real about Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool then I'd be honoured, because they are big clubs, but I'm already in a great team where I can win something important.
"I would certainly like to play in the Champions League, it's what every player wants and it would give me a boost towards wearing the shirt of Argentina."
While Icardi has hit the headlines for his goalscoring form of late he's also been in the news for his off-the-pitch activities. The young Argentinian caused controversy after marrying Wanda Nara, the former wife of ex-team-mate Maxi Lopez, just nine months after their split.
The pair came face-to-face in November 2013 during a match, where Lopez snubbed the chance to shake his love rivals' hand. Icardi and Wanda recently announced they'd had a baby together with a rather revealing photo.
Icard has a burgeoning reputation as one of the best young strikers in Europe, but so far in his young career he's shown he's got a reputation for trouble away from the game.
If he can keep his head down and stay out of trouble though, there really is no limit to what he can do. Manchester United, Chelsea or Liverpool would have one hell of a forward on their hands if they do make their move.
