US report: Goran Dragic wants to leave Suns and huge NFL combine update

Goran Dragic's representatives told the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday that the star baller will not be re-signing with the team at the end of the season.

Dragic is one of the most promising players in the NBA and a player that Phoenix want to keep.

The latest news on his situation will be depressing for Suns fans though, and sources say that although Phoenix don't want to deal him, they would be willing if another NBA team was willing to part with a potential All-Star and a draft pick.

"According to two people with knowledge of the situation, the representatives for the Phoenix Suns point guard told team officials in a Tuesday meeting that he has no plans to re-sign in Phoenix this summer as a free agent. The people spoke to USA TODAY Sports on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter," USA TODAY reported on Tuesday.

"With the Thursday trade deadline looming and the clear message now sent that Dragic plans on playing elsewhere next season, it remains to be seen if Suns general manager Ryan McDonough will succumb to the pressure and agree to a deal."
