Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti would love to sign Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure, according to his agent.

As reported by the Mirror, Dimitri Seluk has insisted that, despite every manager in the world wanting to work with the Ivorian, it's extremely unlikely that he will depart the Etihad anytime soon.

Important Toure

In fact, the player's agent has claimed that he is the club's most important player, insisting that he 'organises the entire team'.

Speaking about the dominant midfielder, Seluk told the Mirror: “I am sure that Mancini would love Yaya at Inter, but every manager in the world would want to work with him.

“Mourinho would love him at Chelsea and Ancelotti would love him at Real Madrid.

“But I don’t think Yaya will be leaving City. He is their most important player – as their results when he as at the African Cup of Nations proved.

“The only game they won was at Stoke – and before that their last win in the Premier League without Yaya was in April last year.”

“City have some great players. But Aguero scores goals because of Yaya and Silva plays well when he has Yaya.

“He organises the entire team and gives them control of games."

Staying in Manchester

Incredibly, Seluk has even insisted that the Manchester City hierarchy would not allow the sale of Toure even if boss Manuel Pellegrini wanted to move him on.

He has even gone as far comparing the influence of Toure at City to the one that Messi has at Barcelona and Ronaldo has at Real Madrid.

He continued by saying: “Even if Pellegrini wanted to sell Yaya, the Sheikh and Khaldoon (Al Mubarak, City’s chairman) would not allow it.

“Barcelona have Messi and Madrid have Ronaldo. Manchester City have Yaya Toure.”

Manchester City fans will no doubt be hoping that Toure stays at the club for the foreseeable future as the club go in search of continued success under Pellegrini.

Of course they want him

There's no doubt about it, despite Seluk coming on pretty strong in reference to Toure's ability, the Ivorian is one of the leading midfielders in world football.

It's not surprising, then, that the player's agent has insisted that the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea would love to sign the former Barcelona man.

Thankfully for City fans, though, a move to Chelsea is seemingly extremely unlikely. With the duo of Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic already playing their trade at Stamford Bridge under the guidance of Mourinho, the Blues would possess quite the midfield if they captured the signing of Toure.

After winning the Africa Cup of Nations, Toure must now focus on helping City overtake Chelsea at the top of the league table. The midfield ace certainly has the ability to inspire the Citizens to back-to-back titles.
