WWE are set to announce the next member of the class of 2015 Hall of Fame this Monday on Raw.
Rikishi, The Bushwhackers, Randy Savage and Arnold Schwarzenegger have already been announced for this year's event and it seems WWE could be set to announce the first female inductee for this year's class.
WWE released the following teaser on their website.
It read: "Who will be joining “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rikishi and The Bushwhackers in the Hall’s Class of 2015 the night before WrestleMania 31?
"Could it be a pioneering woman grappler who competed alongside the likes of Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah? Could it be one of the Japanese women who brought their hard-hitting style to America in the early 1990s?
"Is it one of the sultry Divas from the infamous Attitude Era? Is it even a competitor, or could it be a woman who often accompanied legendary Superstars into battle?”
It has been noted throughout the Road to Wrestlemania that WWE were hoping to induct Alundra Blayze (Madusa) into this year's class. Blayze is mostly remembered as the woman who put the WWF Women's Championship in the trash on WCW back in 1995.
Madusa, real name Debrah Miceli, is a former three-time WWF Women's Champion and a former WCW Cruiserweight Champion.
But the former champion retired from Professional Wrestling back in 2001 because she thought that women's wrestling was becoming less about real wrestling and more about looks and divas.
It is suggested that Blayze will be the announcement on Raw, but many fans are disappointed that Miss Elizabeth wasn't given the nod this year, to join her former husband Randy Savage in the class of wrestling's elite.
The announcement will be made this week on Raw, and the superstar will be inducted into the 2015 Hall of Fame the night before Wrestlemania 31.
