Pep Guardiola confirms he won't be leaving Bayern Munich in the summer

Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has reaffirmed his desire to stay at his current club well beyond this season's end, claiming that he is very happy to continue with the German champions. 

The former Barcelona boss even hinted that he could stay at Bayern for four or five years, depending on his contract, the situation and what the club officials want moving forward.

"I could stay at Bayern for 4, 5 or 6 years. It depends on my situation and on what the club wants" - Guardiola

As one of the top managers in world football, Guardiola is continually linked with several footballing powerhouses, and was recently tipped to eventually succeed either Louis van Gaal or Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester United or Manchester City respectively.

But the 44-year-old was adamant that there have been no offers on the table and that he was perfectly happy to continue being the manager of the club he has already collected a number of trophies with.

"I'm very happy at Bayern, there's no chance I'm leaving this summer. I haven't received any offers, nor am I expecting any, I have a contract here", he said.
