Frank Lampard may be in the twilight of his glittering career but the Chelsea legend has proven this season at Manchester City that he still has plenty to offer.

The 36-year-old has been on loan at the Etihad Stadium from New York City FC and is far from past it just yet, bagging some important goals throughout the year, often from the bench.

In fact, Lampard has seven goals this term in 25 appearances; taking his tally to 258 goals in 869 club appearances over his career, along with the three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and single Champions League title he won during his time at Stamford Bridge.

Lampard is finally set to make the move across the pond after this Premier League season, and English football will miss his immense talents - which have been aptly demonstrated in this video from the City training ground.

The former Chelsea midfielder was banging in the goals for fun, even with his weaker left foot. The City keepers (including Joe Hart) didn’t stand a chance here; god help those MLS shot stoppers…

In New York, he will join David Villa who has already arrived in the Big Apple ahead of the club's maiden season.
