When your luck's out, it is really out.
Bottom of the league and with nothing going their way, La Liga side Cordoba look destined to drop into the Spanish Segunda division next season, and when goals like this end up in the back of their own net, it is easy to see why.
A 2-1 home defeat to Getafe on Monday night was their seventh league defeat on the bounce and they are now winless in eight. Yet it all looked so good for Cordoba; with just 13 minutes remaining they took the lead courtesy of substitute Florin's strike.
Step up, Fede Vico. With just three minutes of normal time remaining, the defender, on loan from Belgian side Anderlecht, managed to cut out an incoming Getafe cross with an acrobatic back-heel. The only problem was it looped exquisitely into the corner of his own net, leaving his teammates distraught.
And somehow it managed to get worse for the home team. With seconds remaining, Getafe snatched all three points thanks to Juan Rodriguez.
With luck like that they might as well put a big red R next to their name already.
