During this weekend's UFC 186 event CM Punk was, almost inevitably, asked for his thoughts on fellow WWE Superstar/UFC fighter cross breed, Brock Lesnar.
On the record
Considering the fact that the future of Lesnar in the WWE is unclear beyond this month's WrestleMania XXXI, the answers Punk gave the gathered media are unlikely to go down well with the WWE hierchy.
As reported by MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, Punk backed Lesnar to make a sensational return to UFC in the coming weeks before stating how he and the Beast Incarnate could make history together.

Brock Lesnar and the WWE continue to be at loggerheads regarding his WWE future, with the wrestler and Vince McMahon believed not to have spoken on a new deal since coming to blows at a recent Raw show.
And with speculation linking Lesnar to returning to UFC if things cannot be worked out sooner rather than later, CM Punk has backed the man mountain to help create UFC history.
The UFC's doesn't currently publish it's PPV sales for each event, but a card with two disgruntled former WWE stars (and at least one legitimate UFC fighter in the form of Lesnar) would certainly give any previous card a run for it's money.
What is more, with CM Punk continuing to work towards a UFC debut that isn't likely to materialize until this summer at the earliest, and Lesnar's current WWE contract coming to an end at the beginning of April, the timing suits such a monster fight card.
The WWE are desperate to avoid losing another high profile name after a year filled with controversy and wrestler exits.
As such, the comments from CM Punk backing Lesnar to jump ship will only further anger Vince McMahon and co as they seek to negotiate a new deal with Lesnar's camp.
The most recent suggestions seem to be that Lesnar will only stay on in the WWE if he sees his salary increase, and is given the opportunity to fight in the UFC simultaneously. It is though this is a major sticking point amongst the WWE higher ups considering the limited appearances the Beast Incarnate already makes.
