WrestleMania 31 is right around the corner and we're beginning to get a much clearer picture of what we'll be seeing on March 29th.
Sting will go up against Triple H in a clash for the decades, Brock Lesnar defends the world title against Roman Reigns and we'll be treated to a seven man ladder megamatch for the intercontinental title.
The tag team match may be in jeopardy however, as it is being reported that one superstar who is bound to take place has suffered an injury.
According to a report from WrestlingInc.com, Jey Uso suffered a shoulder injury on this passed Thursday's edition of SmackDown, and the high flying former tag champion could miss the upcoming weeks, potentially including WrestleMania.
'Mania is just 13 days away and if Uso has suffered an injury that is keeping him out of competition now then his chances to be ready for the WWE's Flagship event seem slim.
Now, we know that wrestlers will do anything to be fit for WrestleMania, so maybe Uso is being rested and rehabbed for the pay-per-view, but that would probably be a first for Vince McMahon's. What we've learnt from Alberto Del Rio and CM Punk's departures from the WWE, is that wrestlers are basically made to work pretty much whenever they can walk, so for Uso to be missing time is not a good sign.
The match for the Tag Team titles has yet to be really decided and it is the one title fight that we really don't know much about. We can take a guess about what we think is going down though.
On Raw and SmackDown at the moment, all of The Usos, New Day, Cesaro and Kidd and Los Matadores have all been appearing on television, with the latter picking up both wins in their matches. This seems to suggest that the WWE are trying to sell us on Los Matadores being actual challengers for the title.
From that, we're probably looking at a Fatal Four Way to crown the new tag champions. If Jey Uso can't take part however then things will certainly look a lot different. We'll have to wait and see if he will be fit and how the creative team try and write this in to the buildup to WrestleMania at Levi's Stadium.
