Manchester United target Felipe Anderson is a better player than Philippe Coutinho, according to former Lazio playmaker Stefano Fiore, who is bemused by Dunga's decision to call the Liverpool midfielder up to his latest Brazil squad ahead of the South American sensation that's been lighting up Serie 'A'.
The 21-year-old has contributed nine goals and six assists at Stadio Olimpico this season - with three goals coming in his past two games - despite only starting 13 games for Stefano Pioli's Champions League hopefuls.
Anderson's fine form in 2014/15 has attracted admiring glances from a host of top European suitors, with the Daily Mail reporting over the weekend that the Red Devils' chief scout Jim Lawlor was in attendance to see him score in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Hellas Verona.

Louis van Gaal is believed to be a huge admirer of the talented young winger, who only recently signed a long-term contract extension that ties him to Lazio until 2020, and is seriously considering a summer bid to bring Anderson to Old Trafford.
The Brazil U21 international - who is close friends with Barcelona superstar Neymar - has been earning rave reviews in Italy in recent months, and a call-up to the senior Selecao side is surely only a matter of time, particularly with players like Coutinho still in the fold.

"The former Inter star has long been a regular at Liverpool and perhaps for continuity he is rewarding [rather] than Anderson," reflected Fiore in an interview with Italian publication tuttomercatoweb. "The Lazio player, however, is in a state of absolute grace at this time and is better than Coutinho."
"While he has talent available, Dunga cannot ignore what Felipe is doing in Italy. It's a matter of time [before he is called up]."
Manchester United supporters will be excited to hear how highly regarded Anderson is in the Eternal City, especially after drawing favourable comparisons to one of Liverpool's most impressive attacking midfield talents at Anfield.
Brendan Rodgers has been delighted with Coutinho's contribution to his side this term, and if the Lazio ace is rated as superior to the fleet-footed Reds forward then fans of the Red Devils will be hoping the club can secure his signature in time for the start of the new campaign.
