In the NFL, the New England Patriots and New York Jets seem to be having an off-field battle right now whilst in the NBA, LeBron James finally responded to Kevin Love's MVP snub.

Elsewhere, in baseball, Chicago Cubs hot prospect Kris Bryant continued his incredible spring training form whilst a top Dutch international could be set to make a move to Major League Soccer.

Tit-For-Tat

The Patriots and Jets are known to be rivals on the field of play, but away from the gridiron it seems like the teams two sets of owners don't like each other that much either. It has been revealed that the Jets filed a retaliatory tampering charge against the Patriots based on owner Robert Kraft's comments about Darrelle Revis, according to ESPN.

"I speak as a fan of the New England Patriots, we wanted to keep him," Kraft said of the former Patriots corner who joined the Jets in free agency.

This comes as retaliation against the Patriots, who put in a tampering claim against the Jets in January, when Jets owner Woody Johnson told reporters that he "would love for Darrelle to come back."

Johnson reportedly called Kraft immediately after the news conference, saying that he "misspoke." The Patriots refused to let it slide however, which has probably led to the Jets waiting for Kraft to slip up.

Who knew that billionaire grown men could be so childish.

Other Headlines:

Over to the NBA now, where LeBron James isn't too worried about Kevin Love's latest comments.

Love said yesterday that he would pick his old college teammate Russell Westbrook ahead of his current teammate LeBron for this year's MVP award. James responded today saying he didn't read too much into it.

To baseball now, where Chicago Cubs youngster Kris Bryant has continued his incredible spring training form.

Bryant hit his 9th home run in Arizona, but to the disappointment of Cubs fans, last year's minor league player of the year will likely stay in Triple A for another season.

And finally to soccer, where one Dutch star could be headed to MLS.

Sporting Kansas City are in talks with former Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart about a potential summer transfer. The Netherlands international will be leaving his current club Hamburg in the summer.
